About the Role
We’re looking for a creative copywriter with an analytical mindset who wants to grow into digital advertising.
If you love writing persuasive copy for ads, emails, or landing pages — and you’re also curious about data, campaign performance, and why some ads work better than others — this role is for you.
This is not just a writing role. You’ll start by creating and evaluating copy, but you’ll also get hands-on training in paid media management (Meta, Google, LinkedIn), Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager. Over time, you’ll evolve into a digital marketer who combines the art of copy with the science of ads, analytics, and full-funnel lead generation.
This position is based in our Downtown Dubai office and is an immediate-hire role.
Responsibilities
- Ad Copywriting: Write persuasive, conversion-focused copy for ads across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
- Evaluate Creatives: Review ad designs and messaging, giving clear feedback on what works and what doesn’t.
- Campaign Training: Learn how to set up, manage, and optimise paid ad campaigns (training provided).
- Analytics Training: Learn to use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to set up events, track conversions, and analyse user behaviour.
- Performance Analysis: Track metrics like CTR, ROAS, and CPA to see how copy and targeting impact results.
- Collaboration: Work closely with design and strategy teams to align creative with campaign goals.
- Reporting: Help prepare performance reports, highlighting which messages and creatives drive the best results.
- Growth Path: Gradually take ownership of managing entire ad accounts for lead generation campaigns.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience writing marketing copy (ads, social media, landing pages, or email).
Agency experience is a bonus. - Strong interest in numbers and data (e.g., you’ve taken or are enrolled in a digital marketing, analytics, or AI-related course).
- Curiosity about paid media and eagerness to learn campaign management + analytics.
- Understanding of persuasive writing and storytelling for conversions.
- Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to Meta, Google, or LinkedIn Ads (not mandatory).
- Familiarity with performance marketing terms like CTR, CPA, and ROAS.\
- Basic design skills (Canva or Adobe).
