If the refund is approved as per the contract terms, Above Digital will do the refund the money through a cheque or direct transfer to client’s bank account and send the details of the transfer officially by email.

Refund will be done through original mode of payment and will be processed with 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.
When hiring Above Digital as a marketing agency, a minimum 3 months notice is mandatory to cancel the contract or as stated in the contract.
For digital products or trainings bought from the website unless stated in the cancellation policy, services once bought cannot be cancelled with Above Digital.
